As a Product Designer at Zopa, you\’ll lead end-to-end design of our banking products, ensuring the best customer experience and leading strategic initiatives. Your work will impact large-scale solutions for diverse money needs. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to align on user needs and business goals. We\’re looking for empathetic, critical thinkers passionate about delivering value and thriving in a mature team. You will be expected to work in our office 2 days a week (preferably Tuesday and Thursday).

A day in the life:

• Owning the product experience end-to-end, including discovery, ideation, delivery, and iteration
• Delivering high-quality design at all fidelity levels
• Conducting iterative testing, especially for vulnerable customers
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align design with business goals
• Presenting designs and milestones to teams and stakeholders
• Contributing to the wider design community at Zopa

Additionally, for the Senior Product Designer:

• Leading the Experience Design team and fostering a culture of innovation
• Conducting discovery research to understand customer needs
• Communicating and collaborating across all seniority levels
• Mentoring and managing designers
• Working with the Design System team to evolve UI kits
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes

• Experience partnering with product teams from strategy to execution
