They are looking for a Global Senior Privacy Counsel to join their dynamic team, headquartered in London, offering flexible working. This role involves addressing complex data protection issues arising from innovative data uses in a fast-paced environment. Advise on and embed privacy protections into global products, minimizing privacy risks for the company and clients. Serve as an escalation point on challenging data protection matters. Collaborate with global and regional legal teams to implement and enhance data protection compliance programs, including creating standards and guidance. Stay updated on developments in data protection and information security laws and guidance. Promote the value of privacy advice through training, thought leadership, and awareness initiatives. Support negotiations involving data protection in commercial contracts. About you: A qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ PQE.
