Senior Planner

Skilled Careers are currently on the lookout for an experienced Planner to join a renowned Main Contractor based out of their Midlands office!

As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in planning projects from pre-construction to contract and then tender stage, creating accurate assessments of the methodology needed to deliver projects on time.

You’ll have experience in:

• Developing construction methodology for pre-qualification and bids.
• Crafting tender programmes, method statements, and phasing drawings.
• Collaborating with various teams, including bid managers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Preparing compelling presentations for our construction proposals.
• Experience in 4D planning is a plus.
• Experience working closely with site teams to create detailed construction programmes, design, and procurement plans.
• Continuous support for site teams, progress reporting, and updates.
