Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its highly regarded Pensions team in Edinburgh.

The role involves advising trustees and employers on all aspects of defined benefit and contribution pension schemes, handling pensions de-risking transactions, and working on litigation related to pensions. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of advisory and disputes work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years\’ PQE, relevant experience from a recognized pensions law team, and a strong interest in the pensions market.
