As EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, you\’ll be a key player in our Global Marketing Organisation, working closely with senior leadership to strengthen our brand foundation and drive rapid growth across the region. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape our brand\’s future and accelerate our market impact throughout EMEA. With a digital-first mindset and strong marketing expertise, you\’ll craft compelling narratives and design multi-channel campaigns that resonate throughout the region. Your responsibilities will span from orchestrating impactful campaigns, to supporting high-impact EMEA events, driving brand awareness and generating valuable sales leads. You\’ll collaborate with Creative, PR, Digital, and Internal teams to implement effective market engagement solutions and manage key external relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end regional marketing campaigns, from strategic vision to tactical implementation.
- Craft compelling narratives and design multi-channel campaigns that resonate throughout EMEA.
- Create and manage strategic marketing plans, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, audience personas, positioning, and metrics.
- Orchestrate ABM programmes for specific vertical markets and target clients.
- Identify and promote Alorica\’s participation in key industry events.
- Manage regional content development and campaign tactics across all channels.
- Oversee the marketing budget and optimise performance through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years\’ experience in B2B marketing, strategy development, and campaign execution
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
- Exceptional project management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the BPO sector and digital solutions in the CX space
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive tangible results
