Senior Manager, SMB Solutions Specialist (UK&I), London Client: Visa Location: London, United Kingdom Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Yes Job Reference: ef8b6e1204b0 Job Views: 2 Posted: 23.05.2025 Expiry Date: 07.07.2025 Job Description Own the localisation and execution of the cluster’s Small and Medium Business strategy and Go To Market, partnering with key stakeholders including Head of Visa Commercial Solutions Business Development, Head of Cluster BD, and VCS HUB teams. Lead SMB activities with existing clients, supporting Account Executives, including designing new client propositions or enhancements to existing propositions, and bringing together a ‘One Visa’ solution for SMBs (e.g., Tink, Visa Direct, and Identify). Own any cluster/market-specific offers and partnerships. Work with AEs and Visa Consulting & Analytics to support existing client growth, including driving visibility of migrations, client performance, and activation and optimisation opportunities. Drive SMB client account and strategic planning sessions. Ensure SMB is included in all relevant cluster planning processes, including VIK, IMD, MSO, and AOP. Support for New SMB Client Opportunities Review client propositions/proposals prepared by cluster BDs. Act as an SMB subject matter expert in new client meetings. Identify SMB whitespace, sales acceleration opportunities, and maintain an up-to-date view of SMB pipeline shape. Additional Responsibilities Contribute to the European SMB solution roadmap and SMB Hub knowledge by providing reporting and updates on client and market intelligence and feedback. Ensure market readiness/fit when new solutions or products are launched, supporting the localisation of collateral and GTM strategies. Partner with Visa marketing and consulting teams to develop and deliver internal and external education and marketing campaigns to enhance Visa’s SMB brand in the cluster. This position is hybrid. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Extensive experience in SMB proposition development, sales, or other client-facing roles. Deep knowledge of SMB/SME payments and global payment systems, preferably gained through experience at a bank, fintech, or payments company. Strong commercial acumen with a desire to own and drive sales success. Strong relationship skills and credibility to work with internal and external peers and senior stakeholders. Comfort working in a complex, multicultural, matrix environment and ability to manage change. Self-directed and accountable with a focus on delivery. Team-oriented with a positive attitude towards cross-functional collaboration. Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
