About the role
Join us as a Senior Manager with healthcare expertise, ideally with NHS leadership experience. You will shape and execute strategic health initiatives, working with top healthcare professionals and institutions. Your role involves developing solutions for complex health challenges, leading transformation projects, and advancing population health. We seek candidates with experience in strategic transformation, healthcare models, quality improvement, workforce development, and digital health.
Requirements
- Deep healthcare sector knowledge, NHS experience preferred
- 5+ years in strategy/management consulting leadership
- Proven team leadership and coaching skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Successful program delivery experience
- Client relationship and communication skills, including with senior executives
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Clinical or operational NHS background with strategy or policy experience
- Experience with high-profile projects involving public consultation
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from strategy to execution
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Oversee project delivery ensuring quality and timeliness
- Manage client interactions and resolve issues
- Contribute to practice-building, recruitment, mentoring, and training

We support a hybrid working model, combining remote and in-office work, with at least four days in the office and up to four weeks remote work annually.
