This role focuses on collaborating with markets to optimize capital investments in restaurant development, supporting opening and reinvestment plans aligned with brand standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Restaurant Development & Design Team and other company organizations, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Development, Investment Optimization & Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with markets to enhance value and optimize capital investments in restaurant development and construction.
- Partner with markets, segments, third parties, and other functions to support prototyping and applying optimized restaurant solutions.
- Develop and maintain global tools (e.g., building right-sizing calculator) to inform strategies and activities.
- Standardize and scale solutions beneficial to market conditions.
- Collaborate with Global Strategic Sourcing Services to identify sourcing opportunities for standardized solutions.
- Provide guidance, benchmarking, best practices, and training to market resources and functions.
- Support multidisciplinary projects by providing insights and input to key stakeholders across the organization.

- Experience in development cost analysis to evaluate profitability and optimize capital investments.
