Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier, happier lives, we work to promote work-life balance and ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work—both in and out of the office. We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings, and employee hubs including New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, London and more.
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who can lead and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns in our international markets throughout the year. This is a hands-on role, perfect for a detail-oriented marketer with a strong background in project management and campaign execution. - Assist in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies across the world, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational processes.
- Write clear and compelling brand briefings for internal teams to guide marketing initiatives across channels.
- Craft compelling 360 campaigns that get people talking. Manage the end-to-end execution of these campaigns—liaising with Creative, Social, PR, Retail, Media, Growth and beyond—to ensure it comes to life in a cohesive, high impact and thoughtful manner.
- Create compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including campaign updates, strategy overviews, and performance recaps. Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all decks.
- Keep comprehensive records of campaign strategies, performance data, and learnings, adjusting strategies for better results. Create post-campaign reports and presentations for the leadership team.
- Manage timelines and establish timely execution for asset production and delivery, ensuring creative teams have the necessary resources and information to meet deadlines.
- Assist with administrative tasks like setting up meetings, managing project timelines in collaboration tools (like Asana), and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent and updated messaging is leveraged in appropriate markets across all channels, including web, email, and retail.
- Facilitate collaboration with creative and production teams (internal and agency partners) to ensure efficient development and timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Help craft and test key brand narratives across owned channels and media, aligning with insights on consumer behavior and trends.
