The Senior Linux Consultant is responsible for the high-quality delivery of consulting services to our customers and works within a designated practice area within the delivery team. Senior consultants will work as part of a delivery team and be directed by senior delivery resources or will technically lead small to medium engagements. This person will be a technical expert within their area and able to provide technical consultancy to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will possess skills to enable excellent technical design and implementation of infrastructure solutions and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

The role holder will also demonstrate outstanding customer relationship skills and be able to work independently or as part of a larger project team. They will be expected to mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the consulting team.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

1. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as applying own initiative to task execution and problem solving.
2. Ability to lead small to medium engagements.
3. Understanding of the importance of meeting project and customer deadlines.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
6. Broad knowledge and experience of technical solutions, especially in their chosen technical domain.

Experience:

1. Extensive experience in a consulting environment, designing and delivering customer solutions.
2. Good experience delivering Linux security projects.
3. Proven skills in delivering customer projects.
