Our highly skilled team is dedicated to providing the metrics, reports, and analysis that underpin evidence-based decision-making across Blue Cross. Your work will ensure that our Data Strategy supports our vision for trusted, accessible information that is used to help pets and people thrive together.
You will report to and collaborate closely with the Insights Manager to deliver reporting, analysis, and insights that deepen our understanding of our clients, supporters, and other key stakeholders. You will join our vital data-led work on supporter selections for fundraising and engagement activities and play a key role in fostering a culture of increased data usage and insights-driven decision-making throughout Blue Cross.
There will be plenty of opportunities for you to problem solve, experiment, and innovate to help us drive forward our data maturity whilst working with the wider Data & Insights team to ensure reporting adheres to all legislative and regulatory requirements and to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data. You’ll have the autonomy to deliver results as well as opportunities to share knowledge and collaborate with the team. You will also be a part of our current cross-organisation project implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and shaping associated reporting.
We work on a hybrid model with three days at home and two days based in our offices in Burford, Oxfordshire per week. Our preferred office days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we can tell you more about how this works at interview!
