About the Job
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner with deep M&A expertise. You’ll join a collaborative team navigating complex integration projects and organizational change initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll act as a key driver of transformation, supporting the full lifecycle of acquisitions across the UK and potentially further afield. Duties will include:
- Leading the people agenda for M&A activity
- Partnering with senior leaders to align workforce planning and organization design
- Driving cultural alignment and change management strategies
- Mapping and assessing HR risks across deals
- Collaborating with Heads of Integration and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions
- Providing coaching and insight to leadership during periods of change
- Supporting the development of scalable HR practices for a growing business
About the Successful Applicant
You will be an agile and strategic HR professional with experience in fast-paced, commercially driven environments—ideally within Professional Services. Strong influencing skills, resilience, and the ability to form trusted relationships with senior stakeholders are essential. A solid understanding of M&A processes and navigating ambiguity confidently will set you apart.
