Design and manage live content events, stories and features that maximise acquisition, engagement and monetization throughout the product cycle in multiple FC modes.
Create a multi-week schedule of in-game events that excite players and use relevant mechanics, then manage the scheduling and launch of engagement content in game according to the insights from results of the previous content.
Be passionate about, and represent the voice and needs of our football fans and partners within FC. Thematically ideating live content stories & plans using a combination of real and imagined football events.

Conduct and communicate in-depth analysis of in-game behaviour trends using data insights to impact top line KPIs.
Create and communicate concise and inspiring roadmaps, strategies and execution plans for your product space.
Determine measurement plans, testing strategies, implement A/B testing campaigns and conduct post mortems.
How we do it
Use techniques such as competitive analysis, messaging, player notifications, recommendations and behavioural analytics to guide players to content they can enjoy.
Translate the weekly goals of the Live Product into an executable plan for Content Producers, by prioritising the necessary tasks to accomplish the desired player outcome and entering them into scope documents and workflow management systems.
Use analytics dashboards, game expertise and player data to run economy simulations and provide balanced value recommendations for the content each week.
Your Qualifications
A football fan with a finger on the pulse of online & offline football culture.
5 years of Product Management or other relevant Game discipline experience required (Live Services Preferred).
Experience using data and insights to inform product development.
Sound and proven ability in using and understanding in-game trends using data insights to impact top line KPIs.
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with experience presenting decks to different senior partners.
The ability to work in varied development methodologies.
A good understanding of the core mechanics of FC and its live features, or willing to learn FC’s live system.
