VANRATH is assisting with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Assistant (Working Capital) for a leading global law firm operating in over thirty countries. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and expanding knowledge within a global organization that values its staff.

This is a Hybrid role - 3 days in Belfast City Centre offices, 2 days at home. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch. This is a Permanent position. Benefits include fully negotiable salary, progression opportunities, and leading benefits from a global firm.

Key Tasks:

  • This role involves a variety of responsibilities.
  • As a Senior Working Capital Assistant, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions within the Credit Control and Revenue functions, in accordance with Solicitors Accounting Regulations and regional jurisdictions.
  • Stakeholders include offices serviced by the Belfast Shared Service Centre.
  • All transactions will be logged in the 3E finance system.
  • You will support your team in revenue activity and cash collection, ensuring adherence to best practices through accurate and timely reporting and completion of working capital tasks.
  • You will assist in continuous improvement initiatives and may be involved in ad hoc projects.
  • Support at month-end, including overtime, may be required.
