As a Senior Finance Analyst in the Commercial FP&A team, you will be integral to analyzing and preparing Global Booking Fee Revenues for our Agency and Travel Partners business segments. Your role involves understanding, analyzing, and explaining current financial numbers and forecasts to provide insights into performance, market trends, customer behaviours, competitive landscape, and risks. You will oversee key projects, offering an opportunity to enhance your professional reputation within the finance function and the company. Responsibilities include:
- In-Depth Revenue Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify and understand the key drivers of Global Booking Fees Revenues within our Agency and Travel Partners segments.
- Global Yield Analysis: Ensure the accuracy and understanding of global yield analysis close numbers, promptly identifying and escalating any unresolved issues, and actively participating in their resolution.
- Budget and Forecast Management: Oversee the budgeting and forecasting of booking fee revenues, coordinating data input and collation from multiple stakeholder teams. Play a pivotal role in the Budget and Forecast cycle processes.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly reporting packs and in-depth analyses for distribution to Senior Management.
- Financial Partnership in Pricing: Serve as the key finance partner in the Global Air price increase process. Collaborate with Commercial Partners, Legal, and Finance Decision Support teams on detailed commercial scenario planning and complex data modelling.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize strong knowledge of Cognos and TM1 reporting tools to support all reporting and analytical activities.
