Splunk is searching for a passionate Senior Field Marketing Specialist to be part of the EMEA UKI growth journey, planning and implementing marketing programs that directly impact pipeline generation and strengthen our brand in the region. You should have a proven track record of managing marketing programs on time and within budget. As the company is in transition, flexibility with changing priorities is essential. Reporting to the UK Field Marketing Director, you will work closely with both the UK business team and the EMEA Marketing team. This role is aligned with sales success and is ideal for a marketer passionate about the leading Unified Security and Observability Platform. We seek self-starters eager to help top companies build digital resilience and enable fast, scalable visibility-to-action solutions. • Influence and implement regional marketing plans to drive pipeline and convert prospects.
• Communicate program follow-up and measurement results effectively to business teams.
• Plan and execute EMEA-wide virtual programs supporting English-speaking countries.
• Manage marketing projects aligned with the existing marketing plan.
• Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to deliver demand generation campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience and passion for Field Marketing, with understanding of enterprise software sales, marketing, and growth strategies.
• 2-3 years in a similar, project-based field marketing role within a matrix environment, preferably in enterprise software.
• Strong project leadership skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regional tactics to attract target audiences.
• Data-driven marketing approach, with hands-on experience using Marketo and Salesforce for demand generation and measurement.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Solution-oriented, proactive attitude.
