Service Care Solutions is seeking a Senior Facilities Officer to join our client team in Newham.
In this role, you will support the Building Services Manager in delivering efficient facilities management services and ensuring the depot is well-maintained and compliant.
This is a full-time, temporary assignment offering £23 per hour Umbrella LTD (£18.50 per hour PAYE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing hard and soft FM services and deputise for the Building Services Manager.
- Oversee in-house repairs, supervising the maintenance operative and handling tasks like plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrics.
- Supervise external contractors, ensuring safety and quality.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.
- Monitor and control FM expenditure.
