You’ll be experienced in…
- Proven working experience in project management ideally in an agency environment with E-commerce projects from inception to launch
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent line management, matrix management and mentoring skills
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite
- A recognised project management certification such as Certified Scrum Professional, Agile PM, Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Your day will look like…..
- The Senior Digital Project Manager will work with a range of clients on several different projects or one large project and will be adept at managing and building client relationships and reporting on the status of projects.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and coordinate budget estimates
- Develop a detailed project plan and project documentation to monitor and track progress and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost
- Manage and deliver across the whole projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements, including post implementation reviews and continuous improvements.
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Ensure project-related and personal admin is completed on time and accurately e.g. timesheets, sign-off, resource planning/booking, expense submissions/approvals, project reports, compliance documents and training
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Proactively seek opportunities for client account growth to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Support the Senior Leadership in the design and implementation of the KPS project Management Framework and best practice processes for the entire Delivery Practice
- Organise, coordinate and mentor Junior Project Managers joining the Delivery Practice
- Work closely with all functional teams to build strong internal relationships
