The Role

We are recruiting a senior digital communications specialist to help lead our expanding digital team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with account teams and the Head of Digital to devise unique and impactful solutions for a wide array of complex issues our clients face in government, legal disputes, private sectors, and geopolitical arenas.

This position demands a solutions-focused approach, exceptional client engagement skills, and a commitment to acting as a trusted advisor to political leaders, industry pioneers, and creatives from around the globe.

About You

• Proven Track Record: You have demonstrable experience in a strategic role advising international, cross-sector stakeholders with confidence. This includes experience in projects such as political elections, high-profile campaigns, or international initiatives.
• Deep digital understanding: You have an intuitive understanding of delivering unique solutions to complex challenges, with familiarity with analytic and monitoring software, platforms, and AI-driven tools.
• Creative & Analytical Fluency: You excel at collecting, analyzing, and demystifying insights to inform targeted and proportionate strategies, with skills in industry-standard video, graphic, and photo-production software.
• Open and Adaptive: You approach work with an open mind, adapting to new challenges and client demands, especially when working with high-profile individuals and organizations across sectors.
• Knowledgeable of current affairs: You possess a strong understanding of global current affairs, geopolitical, societal, and technological trends, with a continuous hunger for knowledge.
• Leadership: You have a proven track record of leading teams and individuals, guiding them in line with strategic objectives.
