Entain is hiring a Senior Designer to join our in-house creative agency, working on some of the UK’s biggest Sports and gaming brands.
We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, TV and social.
Reporting into our Head of Design, as a Senior Designer you will be responsible for delivering standout concepts and design executions for 360 campaigns across all touchpoints. Delivering across all Tiers of briefs but with a focus on top tier and supervising delivery of BAU as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concepting, leading and designing creative for 360 briefs (Digital, social, website, CRM, OOH, retail).
- An in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Provide effective design solutions for through-the-line comms across print and digital.
- Ensure the highest standards of design are maintained at all times.
- Be a brand guardian and responsible for sign-off on smaller projects ensuring brand consistency.
- Working alongside the team to build presentations.
- Presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Sharing knowledge with the wider Creative Department regarding techniques and technology that are relevant to your craft.
- Deputising for the Lead Designer and overseeing the work of Designers (as needed), ensuring that guidelines are adhered to, and the highest level of work is produced.
- Mentor to Designers and Junior Designers.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Portfolio that demonstrates experience across multiple global brands.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good presentation skills – comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- An enthusiasm for sharing and discussing ideas.
- Ability to successfully self-manage multiple projects with hard deadlines.
- A desire to learn through analysis and exploration.
- Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior designers.
Desirable:
- 3D software capability (Blender/C4D) would be highly advantageous.
- Basic knowledge/interest in AI-driven creative tools.
- A strong interest in sports and/or gaming (Poker, Bingo, Casino).
- Experience working on brands in a regulated sector.
- Storyboarding and Illustration skills.
- Experience with motion graphics.
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Digital/Graphic Design.
- Familiarity with Figma.
