Key job responsibilities Maintain and follow strict confidentiality to protect customer privacy. Work with various data types including text, speech, image, and video. Deliver high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines, meeting KPIs using in-house tools and software. Serve as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in research, creating accurate responses, ranking responses, and annotating data across text, speech, image, and video. Make logical decisions during tasks, even with ambiguous information. Pay close attention to detail and adapt quickly to changing requirements. Support daily operational metrics like AHT, quality, and TAT for multiple task types. Handle end-to-end data labeling processes with minimal dependency on work instructions. Participate in root cause analysis, identify error patterns, and suggest quality improvements. Identify operational issues in SOPs and tools, suggesting improvements to streamline processes. Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution as needed. A day in the life We seek a Machine Learning Data Associate (MLDA) to perform foundational labeling tasks such as evaluating dialogue on speech, text, audio, and video data to enhance Alexa’s performance. Your focus, multitasking ability, and attention to detail will help you deliver high-quality work while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Amazon policies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS An Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in German Proficiency in English (CEFR C1), both written and spoken Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and correspondence Advanced reading comprehension and analytical skills Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions across projects Research skills for gathering and synthesizing information Attention to detail in managing complex tasks PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Experience with task execution and open-source research Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments Project coordination or management experience Stakeholder relationship management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
