Senior CRM Manager – Contract
Location: Hammersmith
My client is an industry-leading footwear brand based in Hammersmith. They are seeking a Senior CRM Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to help grow their highly loyal customer base. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing .
The role offers a hybrid working model with 2-3 days in their Hammersmith office per week. They offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus benefits.
You will manage a team of 5 direct reports: 2 CRM Executives, 2 CRM Assistants, and 1 CRM Analyst. Key responsibilities include understanding the customer journey, providing actionable insights to educate the Digital team, and owning the global email channel. Your goal will be to guide your team in managing the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
Requirements include CRM/Email marketing experience within an Ecommerce environment, a strong understanding of CRM, integrated channel marketing, and marketing automation. You should be energetic, outgoing, proactive, hands-on, and flexible.
