Your Role
As the Senior Credit Specialist, you will manage high-value B2B transactions, oversee invoice financing, debt recovery, and aged debtor management, ensuring cash flow optimisation and financial accuracy.

What You\’ll Need to Succeed

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable & Credit Control, especially in a technology-driven environment, with a deep understanding of credit management, debt collection, and invoicing procedures.
• Experience uploading invoices to finance platforms in line with funder agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to maximise funding.
• Strong proficiency in Excel & Accounting Software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) for financial analysis, aged debt reporting, and transaction reconciliation.
• Ability to reconcile accounts receivable ledger regularly to maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Proactive in enhancing credit control workflows, optimising invoicing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills for coordinating with finance teams and external stakeholders, handling complex financial discussions professionally.
• Strong financial forecasting skills and experience managing weekly/monthly credit control reports with insights into risks and cash flow.
• Ensure all credit activities align with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
