The Corporate & Commercial team is a flagship department of the firm with a well-developed, expanding, and ambitious client base covering the South of England and London. The team handles transactions of significant size and complexity, reflecting the high standards of our client base. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic and progressive Corporate & Commercial team. You will play a key role in developing the department and expanding our client base.
The department's work includes a broad range of areas such as:
- mergers and acquisitions
- corporate restructuring
- shareholders’ agreements
- LLP and partnership matters
- commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT, IP, and data protection
- insolvency services, including sales and purchases from administrators and liquidators
Requirements:
- 4+ years PQE
- Ambitious with a drive to develop your own caseload and seek clear progression within the firm
- Confident networker capable of attracting clients and building professional relationships
- Leadership and management skills to mentor junior team members
