We are seeking a Senior Corporate Director to join a rapidly growing agency known for its impressive rise in the industry rankings. This is a growth hire and a new role , reflecting a strong 2020 performance.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in the field of corporate direction within a PR agency , with experience leading key clients and demonstrating innovative thinking to organically grow existing business. You should be accountable for revenue targets, especially in regenerating new business fees, and possess a modern, future-focused approach that brings unique and exciting ideas.

As a Director, your responsibilities will include:

1. Having an exceptionally strong record of working with large clients and providing strategic counsel.
2. Applying strategic thinking and solutions to client challenges, tailoring ideas and pitches to diverse audiences, and creating relevant engagement strategies.
3. Growing existing clients through developing new strategies and campaigns that meet their needs.
4. Proven experience in pitching new business and selling strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
5. Inspiring and leading talent within the practice.
6. Utilising industry connections to market the agency\’s work.
7. Consistently exceeding client expectations in developing and delivering communication strategies.
8. Demonstrating creative thinking and innovative problem-solving for clients\’ communication issues.

The core accountabilities include client handling, business development, and people management. However, as this is a growth hire, the focus is more on external client relations rather than internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who is recognized as an industry expert and prefers a client-focused, externally driven role rather than operational management.
