Our client is an International School Group. The team works in the office 3 times per week in central London.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change communication plans to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of a new digital platform
• Collaborate with internationally based schools and stakeholders
• Work closely with the digital marketing team
• Lead stakeholder engagement efforts

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing large-scale change initiatives in an international organization
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving behavioral change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and cultures
