Job Profile for Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor – LF269154
Our client is a multi-disciplinary Practice of chartered Surveyors who are looking for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis working from their South East London office to work across the London area.
The ideal candidate would be a Senior Building Surveyor who is MRICS qualified or close with professional service experience (party wall, dilapidations, licences etc.), that is also looking for a wider breadth of building surveying experience, but would continue to practice in the other matters.
Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview
- Employer’s Agent and Contract administration work
- Dilapidations, Party Wall work and other Professional Building Surveying work
- To undertake a variety of surveys, assessments and inspections
- To prepare and produce specifications for works, tender and contract documents
- Project-based works
- To advise on and act in accordance with CDM Regulations and in the capacity of Principal Designer
Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- MRICS qualified or close
- Full driving licence
- Live within commuting distance of Central / South East London
- Experience working across a broad range of sectors (Commercial, Residential, Education, Heritage and more)
- Broad range of professional and project-based building surveying experience.
