Consulting Opportunity – Senior Business Consultant Europe – London (UK)

Role Characteristics:

KOB Digital is a division focused on large high-end web design/development and mobile experiences. We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant.

She/He will lead and deliver on industry-leading blue-chip clients on high-end web builds and mobile apps. Key skills for this role are excellent client relations and leadership, and a high technical understanding of web design and mobile.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationships: Building a strong relationship with senior client contacts and providing insightful, business-driven ideas and information which positively impact the client’s business.
2. Business Management: Leading and inspiring the sales team to ensure consistent, timely, and excellent sales initiatives. Working with Branding Specialists. Collaborating with Senior Leaders to create insights and innovative ideas that drive sales excellence. Providing inspiring and strategic marketing input to client presentations. Main reference and spokesperson at senior client events and all company meetings. Overseeing the team on impeccable program execution and overseeing campaign evaluations on all relevant projects to generate actionable insights to inform future projects.
3. Business Development Skills: Accelerating market growth and looking at ways of working to improve efficiencies and profitability. Actively manage direct reports.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

1. Experience working in integrated agencies.
2. 3-4 years (minimum) as a Business Director.
3. Strong client service orientation.
4. Sales database management.
