Technology Description: The key responsibility of this role will be working with Product Management, Product Architecture, and Customer representatives to bring IS20022 industry knowledge, best practices, and innovative thinking to our Product Roadmaps and customer implementations. This includes representing the company in the industry regarding ISO20022, presenting at events, and collaborating with standards bodies. The role requires technical understanding to write mapping documents and work on XML, REST API, JSON, YAML.

Role/Responsibilities: We are seeking Business Analysts / Systems Analysts capable of capturing and defining technical system requirements for our Payments solution, focusing on performance, security, migration, interface contracts, and integration needs. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting creation and prioritization of technical backlogs.
• Resolving issues and ensuring viable, consistent solutions.
• Collaborating with Agile teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Creating or contributing to system guidelines, manuals, and documentation.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops on technical processes.
