I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Business Analyst opportunity. This is a permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their Bristol offices.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- A Business Analysis qualification.
- Experience using different tools and applications for analysing and capturing requirements and visual representation of process maps, particularly Microsoft Excel, Dev Ops, and Visio.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to a range of activities and audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Experience of the end-to-end project life cycle and associated BA tools and skillsets (from requirements gathering, through to solution development, process/workflow mapping through to embedding of associated benefits).
- An effective team player with experience of working in multi-disciplinary project teams.
- A track record in solving problems and driving quality outputs to land continuous improvement/business analysis change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and documenting the context of project requests, the needs of the business, and the benefits targeted.
- Eliciting requirements using interviews, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and other techniques.
- Documenting business requirements and ensuring they are prioritised by the business and signed off.
- Act as the voice of the business, being the liaison point between the business and supplier teams.
- Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Capturing the ‘as is’ state and ‘to be’ using a variety of tools.
- Documenting acceptance criteria.
