Senior Building Services Manager, London – UK South Construction Division
We are recruiting for a Senior Building Services Manager to join our UK South Construction Business Unit on residential/commercial projects. The Senior Building Services Manager is responsible for delivering Building Services Systems across large and/or multiple smaller projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet safety, quality, and energy objectives. The role involves guiding, leading, and motivating teams in applying our MEP management systems to achieve fully integrated and commissioned MEP systems that meet design specifications and statutory requirements, leading to seamless handover and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote application of Building Services Department Management Systems, providing technical support and guidance for project delivery.
- Support the Building Services “Value Proposition” aligning with the company\’s vision, values, and objectives.
- Assist in delivering the Building Services Strategy Plan to support business objectives.
- Ensure MEP aspects of project bids are executed according to company procedures.
- Guide the tendering and awarding of MEP packages in line with project strategies.
- Ensure MEP teams assess temporary electrical requirements, load, and energy needs according to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical academic qualification or MEP technical related qualification.
- Membership of industry-related professional institutions such as CIBSE, CIOB, IEI, or equivalent.
- IOSH or equivalent health and safety management training.
- Higher diploma or degree in a technical or construction-related field.
- Good understanding of the MEP supply chain and market dynamics.
