About the Role
The Senior Brand Manager - Hardys Europe, will be at the helm of developing and executing robust brand plans that align with our global strategy. Reporting to the Global Brand Director - Hardys (with a dotted reporting line to a local European Marketing Manager), you'll ensure the Hardys portfolio resonates with European consumers, leveraging insights to drive engagement and growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape our global brand strategy whilst also driving the brand's presence in Europe/EMEA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans consistent with global positioning.
- Champion the Hardys portfolio, presenting key brand opportunities to senior management.
- Drive new product development and the innovation pipeline.
- Collaborate with local Category teams to uncover insights and guide communication strategies.
- Manage relationships with key agency partners to ensure optimal performance.
- Translate brand strategy into effective trade solutions.
- Oversee portfolio profitability, optimising A&P investments and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG/alcohol brand marketing (Preferably with large global brands).
- Experience working across multiple countries/markets.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and consumer engagement.
- Strong track record of managing large A&P budgets.
- Highly accountable and results-driven mindset with expertise in measurement and evaluation to ensure strong ROI.
- Ability to uncover powerful consumer insights and guide communication strategy.
- Collaborative style with well-developed communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in matrix cross-region/functional teams.
- Passion for wine.
- Marketing degree or similar qualification (highly desirable).
