About the Role
We are recruiting a Senior Brand Manager – Hardys EMEA to join the Global Marketing team in Weybridge. Reporting to the Global Brand Director – Hardys, with dotted line to the Europe Head of Brand, you\’ll oversee the Hardys portfolio across UK & EMEA and globally, focusing on strategy, planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and launch strategic brand plans to drive growth
- Champion portfolio growth and lead innovation
- Gather and leverage consumer insights and market data
- Optimize marketing efforts based on data
- Provide market intelligence for decision-making
- Manage agency performance for impactful campaigns
- Align brand strategy with retail execution
- Present to stakeholders to secure buy-in
- Lead product innovation and development
- Maximize marketing ROI and profitability
What You\’ll Bring
We seek a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in managing large brands, preferably in FMCG or alcohol sectors. Experience across multiple countries, managing substantial budgets, and stakeholder relationships is essential. The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years in FMCG/alcohol marketing as a Senior Brand Manager
- Experience managing large brands and complex challenges
- Experience working across multiple markets
- Strong budget management skills
- Expertise in measurement and ROI evaluation
- Accountability and results-driven approach
- Ability to work in matrix teams
- Skill in consumer insights and communication strategies
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Passion for wine
