Job Description
The responsibilities for the Senior Bid Manager – Hybrid Working role, will include:
- Managing the bidding process from initial enquiry to contract award.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Analyzing market trends to determine bid strategies.
- Preparing bid documents and presentations.
- Conducting contract reviews and negotiations.
- Providing reports on bid activity to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
Applicants should have:
- 5+ years experience in Bid Management.
- Experience working in sectors including energy, manufacturing, or construction are desirable.
- Experience working on bids for both public sector and private sector.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
