The Role:

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Trade Finance Senior Associate to join this top 20 City of London law firm.

Within this role, you will advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a variety of financing transactions. As well as acting for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers, and investment funds on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and real estate finance to asset-based lending, securitisation, and debt capital markets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
