  • Development and acquisitions for development
  • Commercial leases
  • Residential development
  • Acting for developers, both Plc and private companies, on property acquisitions and multi-purpose developments

Requirements:

  • 6+ years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Experience from a reputable City/West End or regional firm with an excellent reputation
  • Experience with sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance, and supporting corporate transactions with property expertise
  • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships, including HNWI and luxury retail brands
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with team and clients
  • Proven collaborative working experience within a team
  • Ability to work independently and manage cases without supervision
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm for practice development and business generation
