Your responsibilities will include handling a broad range of quality matters such as:
- Development and acquisitions for development
- Commercial leases
- Residential development
- Acting for developers, both Plc and private companies, on property acquisitions and multi-purpose developments
Requirements:
- 6+ years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor
- Experience from a reputable City/West End or regional firm with an excellent reputation
- Experience with sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance, and supporting corporate transactions with property expertise
- Ability to build and develop strong client relationships, including HNWI and luxury retail brands
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with team and clients
- Proven collaborative working experience within a team
- Ability to work independently and manage cases without supervision
- Self-motivated with enthusiasm for practice development and business generation
