Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work for a market leader. The candidate must hold previous work experience of working for a national house builder/developer. The company already has over 60 employees working for them and due to success in winning new work, they are looking to expand that existing workforce and recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist.

Experience of working for developer clients and national house builders is required, along with sound technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of The Building Regulations.

• Holding presentations
• Being an integral part of the team
• Working within a wider technical team
• Assisting more junior members of the team
• Working on a mixture of residential and mixed-use projects
• Preparing masterplans and producing drawings for submission
• Abiding by the building regulations at all times
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience (UK based) working on residential/mixed-use projects
• Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
• The ability to work independently
• Living within a commutable distance of Bristol
• A team participant and a proficient communicator
• Full UK driving licence
• Sound technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of building regulations
• Desire to progress and attend CPD
