Job Description:

Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Nottingham. • Responsible for producing and coordinating technical drawings
• Deliver projects in 2D/3D using Autodesk Revit within BIM workflows
• Assist in drawing preparation through all RIBA Work Stages
• Analyze and advise on material specifications and details
• Attend meetings and site visits, liaising with contractors and other disciplines
• Lead technical architectural design and review incoming information for coordination
• Manage multidisciplinary projects
• Resolve construction issues
• Develop client relationships
• Mentor junior staff
• Minimum 5 years UK industry experience
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD advantageous
• Knowledge of current technical, construction, environmental issues, and legislation
• High technical standards
• Live within commuting distance of Nottingham
• Motivated with a strong work ethic
