Are you a visionary Architect with over a decade of experience, ready to lead transformative projects that will reshape the future of architecture? We are seeking Senior Architects, an Associate, and a Director to join a growing, international company making waves in the Middle East. The founding Partners have a long-standing record within well-respected, western firms (in the UK and Middle East). They have established a very forward-thinking firm, who AE Recruitment loves working with! Due to this company’s core beliefs and the success that’s ensued, AE Recruitment is now searching for the next wave of talent who have experience working on iconic projects on an international scale to support and further accentuate their position in the marketplace. The projects are challenging with demanding clients, so international exposure is essential for selected interviewees. However, with those challenges comes incredible rewards and accolades associated with your involvement in such iconic projects that will catapult your career!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with project teams methodically to execute a project, enabling a successful, deliverable, and achievable concept design.
  • Effectively communicate and maintain the original integrity of the design vision throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle to fruition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture and preferably RIBA qualified.
  • Have the 'right to work' in the UK.
  • Possess a strong portfolio working on international projects, with 10+ years of work experience as a qualified Architect.
  • In-depth understanding of ArchiCAD or Revit software is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of all phases of construction and project completion.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and resource programming.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards of the UAE.
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with ArchiCAD or Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp.
  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
  • Communication and project management skills.
  • Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
