What You Can Expect

The Sales Planning & Incentives Management team supports markets with GTM, seller territories mapping, sales force optimization, and performance and incentives. This group plays a critical role in transforming the company into a data-driven organization.

This role involves maintaining commercial team mapping, supporting target setting, and running incentives calculations.

How You\’ll Create Impact

  • Territory Management on Varicent Sales Planning: Maintain and update commercial teams\’ territories mapping, support target setting, run data validation, and ensure performance reflects mapping and rules on Varicent SP platform.
  • Sales Force Performance Management: Collaborate with Commercial and HR teams to reflect changes, run quarterly incentives on Varicent ICM, validate data, manage exceptions, and respond to business inquiries.
  • Analysis & Data Insights for Leadership: Create models to provide insights to leadership.

Your Background

  • BSc or MSc in data analytics or similar
  • At least 3 years in Sales Effectiveness or Healthcare Consulting
  • Experience with Varicent Platforms and PowerBI
  • Passion for data analysis and performance tracking
  • Analytical problem-solving skills; SQL and Python knowledge
  • Independent working ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, critical thinking, and multitasking ability
  • Interest in healthcare technologies like robotics or digital health
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
