This is an opportunity for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join a new and growing company working on Analog AI accelerator projects which utilize analog processing-in-memory to expedite neural network workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design of RRAM-based computational memory arrays and sub-arrays.
- Collaborate with system-level architects to ensure specifications are met.
- Work with system architects and mixed-signal modelers to create high-performance abstract models of memory arrays.
- Stay updated on recent advancements in compute-in-memory approaches to AI acceleration and apply relevant findings.
- Manage relations with external partners supplying memory technologies to ensure collaboration and integration.
The ideal candidate will have experience with at least one type of memory used for analog storage, preferably RRAM, its use as a multi-level bitcell, and application in crossbar arrays for computation. However, candidates without memory experience but with interest in this area will also be considered. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to interface effectively with system architects, modelers, and external partners. A degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields is preferred.
