Overview

Key Duties (including but not limited to):

• In this role, you’ll work in conjunction with the Head of ERM & Analytics to identify, measure, and manage the Company’s exposure to risk, and communicate this to management and the Board in line with the Risk Management Framework.
• Deliver the Internal Model validation, Own Risk & Solvency Assessment, and other relevant requirements under Solvency II, as well as providing analytics to support the development and execution of the Company’s strategy, with a focus on risk and quantitative analysis.

Experience required:

• High-quality written and verbal communication skills and understanding of Solvency II regulations.
• You’ll have a track record of success in an insurance or consultancy organisation, applying rigorous risk disciplines with high standards of delivery in a timely, cost-effective way.
• You’ll also have knowledge of actuarial techniques and disciplines as well as a grasp of the commercial drivers and dynamics affecting the insurance sector.
