We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead a key client account, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Retail POS & Signage solutions. You will be responsible for driving strategic direction, client satisfaction, and account growth while leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the account team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Provide innovative POS and signage solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Continuously review processes, identifying improvements for added value.
- Deliver on agreed SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets while ensuring profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services.
