About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Intruder Alarm Installation Engineer to join our client’s expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable security solutions provider, delivering high-quality services to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation, maintenance, and servicing of intruder alarm systems.
2. Diagnose and repair faults with alarm systems efficiently.
3. Ensure installations comply with industry standards and client specifications.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
5. Accurately complete job documentation and reports.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Intruder Alarm Installation Engineer.
2. Knowledge of NSI, NACOSS, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Systems would be advantageous.
3. Relevant industry qualifications (NSI, SSAIB, or equivalent).
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good references, security vetting, CRB Check, and valid UK driving license required.
