Salary: £14.39 per hour

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6:30am - 10:30am and 2:30pm - 6:30pm

Location: Thomas Buxton School, E1 5AR, Tower Hamlets East London

G4S Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premises management, ensuring the safety, security, and proper maintenance of the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Keyholder
  • Manage Cleaning and Caretaking staff
  • Ensure effective project completion and communication
  • Maintain building and grounds security
  • Regularly check heating, lighting, and alarm systems
  • Manage equipment orders for facilities

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in facilities management in operational environments
  • Experience with service performance KPIs
  • Line management and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, risk assessments, and permit procedures
  • IOSH Managing Safety qualification
  • Understanding of Statutory Compliance
  • IT literate
  • Driving licence desirable
