Job Description:

The key objective of this role is to lead a highly complex HR transformation program for a financial services organization operating across multiple countries with legacy applications.

The target state includes a consolidated application, improved business processes, technology adoption, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HR Process Implementation, with extensive experience in large and complex implementations, including process knowledge in PeopleSoft, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP HR, and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong business acumen focused on HR processes.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Support data migration activities.
  • Deliver requirement traceability matrices based on business needs.
  • Develop high-level business, functional, and configuration documents.
  • Customize and build tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver train-the-trainer programs.
  • Conduct end-user training and support for SAP S/4HANA Finance adoption.
  • Define and prepare test scenarios and scripts based on discovery sessions.
  • Support transition planning and transfer to BAU.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
  • Experience in implementing international payroll.
  • Experience delivering greenfield implementations with SAP SuccessFactors; knowledge of other ERPs like PeopleSoft and Workday is desirable.
  • Experience working with public sector banks.
  • Expertise in HR processes such as Core HCM, Employee Central, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Learning & Development, Succession, Payroll & Compensation, Performance Management & Goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and DevOps.

Desirable Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Integration Centre and CPI integrations.
  • Experience with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance, and other SAP partner products.
