About the Role: You'll build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates in the SAP ecosystem, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to successful placement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their SAP recruitment needs and providing consultative hiring solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial client contact through to offer negotiation and placement.
