- Competitive base salary of £26k, rising to £30k after your first promotion
- An added bonus of £1,000 per month for the first 6 months to help with living costs

The Role – Recruitment Consultant
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients
- Headhunting suitable candidates through LinkedIn for your live roles
- Interviewing candidates and scheduling interviews with your clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Following leads for new business and potential candidates
- Negotiating contracts with your clients and for your candidates
- Making placements and earning commission!
The Ideal Candidate – Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working in recruitment or a fast-paced sales role
- OR degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Confident interacting with a wide range of individuals
- Being fluent in German or any other European language is ideal but not essential
- Resilient and able to bounce back from mistakes
- Team player
- Driven to be successful
