SAP Group Reporting Consultant

You will be part of Capgemini’s dynamic, market leading UK SAP Corporate Performance Management team. We seek experienced consultants in Financial Planning and Consolidation, focusing on Financial Consolidation, to join our team. As a SAP EPM Consultant, you will help clients leverage SAP’s latest technology and maximize their investment by delivering innovative solutions on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include:

• Solution architecting, technical design, and configuration within complex SAP solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end planning and consolidation solutions using SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Apply design thinking in solution blueprinting, and be responsible for functional design and integration.
• Guide clients and influence stakeholders with your functional and technical knowledge in financial consolidation and SAP functionalities.
• Participate in technical/functional configuration, build, and testing activities.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore teams during projects.
• Contribute to the development of junior team members and share knowledge within the SAP practice.
• Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Assist with RFPs, sales bids, and pre-sales activities, collaborating with senior management.
• Stay updated with SAP technologies and functionalities.
• Proactively seek new opportunities and engagements.

Your skills and experience:

• Experience in delivering complex Financial Consolidations solutions using SAP tools such as SAP Group Reporting or SAP BPC.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial consolidation and business processes within finance.
• Balanced technical and functional skills in solution design, configuration, and reporting.
• Understanding of integrating SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and BPC.
• Excellent communication skills to influence at all levels, including remote teams.
• Experience with financial planning solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP BPC, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Industry experience in finance or system support roles is beneficial.

Obtaining SC clearance is required, which involves residency in the UK for the past 5 years and other criteria. Some roles may require UK citizenship.
