Client – Partnered with a global consulting partner that is recognised by SAP as a trusted implementation partner.
Role – This is a great opportunity for an SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will develop and support cloud-native applications, aligning with our strategic vision. Working within a fixed-capacity squad, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions that enhance our HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cloud-native applications and support existing solutions.
- Work within cross-functional squads to implement technical solutions.
- Execute technical decisions, technology choices, and architecture strategies.
- Ensure security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Support software design and development in alignment with architectural and security standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and refine software engineering practices.
- Write, test, and review code while maintaining and monitoring software systems.
- Implement and maintain automation tools to support continuous delivery and developer productivity.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap to enhance business and engineering efficiency.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- 5+ years’ experience in SAP Fieldglass.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass, including Field Worker, Agency, and SOW modules.
- Strong documentation and written communication skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering and SaaS adoption.
- Understanding of XML concepts, system development, and testing.
- Familiarity with GUI elements like radio buttons, pick lists, and configuration items.
- Experience using run team tools (e.g., ticketing and testing tools).
- Agile methodology experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience identifying and solving problems to improve user experiences.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives and issues.
- Consulting background.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
