Client – Partnered with a global consulting partner that is recognised by SAP as a trusted implementation partner.

Role – This is a great opportunity for an SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will develop and support cloud-native applications, aligning with our strategic vision. Working within a fixed-capacity squad, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions that enhance our HR and Talent Acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop cloud-native applications and support existing solutions.
2. Work within cross-functional squads to implement technical solutions.
3. Execute technical decisions, technology choices, and architecture strategies.
4. Ensure security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
5. Investigate and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
6. Support software design and development in alignment with architectural and security standards.
7. Conduct technical reviews and refine software engineering practices.
8. Write, test, and review code while maintaining and monitoring software systems.
9. Implement and maintain automation tools to support continuous delivery and developer productivity.
10. Contribute to the technical roadmap to enhance business and engineering efficiency.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

1. 5+ years’ experience in SAP Fieldglass.
2. In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass, including Field Worker, Agency, and SOW modules.
3. Strong documentation and written communication skills.
4. Experience in requirements gathering and SaaS adoption.
5. Understanding of XML concepts, system development, and testing.
6. Familiarity with GUI elements like radio buttons, pick lists, and configuration items.
7. Experience using run team tools (e.g., ticketing and testing tools).
8. Agile methodology experience.
9. Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
10. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
11. Experience identifying and solving problems to improve user experiences.
12. Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives and issues.
13. Consulting background.
14. Strong communication skills (oral & written).
15. Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available).
